Byline update: Rabble

I wrote about zombies and class warfare for Here’s a sample:

The zombie is the contemporary folk symbol. Zombies represent a grotesque otherness. They are like us but not us; they are people reduced to animal magnetism. They articulate a fear of the ”great unwashed” turning against the population. As the wealth gap widens in our economic climate, the undifferentiated masses have become horrific.

Also, I want to address my current status as a writer/blogger. If you’ve been following me for awhile, you’ve probably noticed a lack of activity here lately. I’ve been busy pitching and writing for other publications. I’m trying to build my career as a writer, which means stepping outside the comforts of my personal blog.

I’m not going to abandon this blog, but moving forward, it’s going to look different. I’ll link to stories that I publish and will write posts when I get a chance. 

Either way, I hope you guys stick around and continue to follow my work.
